the book Derek Sir lend mi, failing forward by John C. Maxwell realli was a veri nice book.. simply can't stop reading it.. once u finish the chapter, u will sure continue the nxt chapter.. it realli help alot and i guess, it also can help you to guide cadets along if they are having problem.. ha.. faster finish this book and start reading the other book.. hehheh...

now i noe the reason, the story that sir derek tell mi.. he lend this book to that "sir" and it realli change his life.. hahhaa.. i guess all the sjab pple who noe him frm cadet life shld noe the biggest difference changes in him ba.. hahahaah..

i kind of understand lotzz of things.. and doubt.. but some of the sentence i don realli understand.. so i ask some one to explain to mi.. and i got a dictionary beside mi too.. hahaa.. oh ya.. carebear recommend me the book wrote by this author also.. 17 essential qualities of a team player.. afta finish this 4 books derek sir lend me, gonna ask him whether he have this book.. haha.. coz gonna lend more books frm him and learn more things.. heehehehe..
