body ache everywhere... haha...

early morning while dreaming, was wake up by a call... a call frm Mrs Lai.. afta that.. while getting up.. omg.. i feel the ache everywhere.. haha... butt pain, hand pain, arm pain, thigh pain, shoulder pain... many la.. haha...

now i realise that... normally afta a long exercise, u won feel the body aching.. till afta a long long rest... u will feel pain everywhere.. haha... yea.. realli too long nv training le... yest training play badminton for too long le.. some more coach keep calling mi hit high ball and smack down... but the feeling was gd afta all.. haha...

but at least i not like derek... 12pm to 6pm keep playing match.. haha... if that person was mi, i tink i sure half dead lying on bed cannot get up de.. haha...

last time on 1 of the camp.. one of the medical officer told mi.. the more u exercise, the lesser u will feel pain.. hee!! actually i quite agree la.. ha..

k la... sian.. tml have meeting again.. haiyo... all my sun is gone.... btw.. had a nice chat with sarizan juz now.. haha.. cya soon...
