woho!! my event finally end!! haha!! was successful!! Malcolm say was well done!! lol!! coz we solve the problem.. haha!! we do a well contigency plan!! lol!!

okok!! things goes like that.. we suppose to have our event talk on the Lecture thretre.. den on mon.. we bring everything for the event to sch and we saw the LT was flooded!! at that moment.. my grp members face all turn pale.. shreak!! den we go find teacher sae we wan to change the venue to AVA.. den teacher say it was booked.. omg!! den our last hope is Santa Dance Studio le!! luckily they lend us that room.. but the problem was inside have no chair.. and we have to carry 120 chairs in our own.. aHhhhh... last minute changes everything.. and we have to have the last minute plan coz of that stupid flood in LT!! can u believe it?? LT was flooded.. a serious flood.. i can even swim inside.. was so deep.. haiyo!!

okok.. den we got the whole dae approve leave.. den we start to print everything le.. get the Admin office pple to help us set up all the projecter, (visualiser)wrong spell, mike, sound system everything!!! aiyo!! the main veri big problem is the CHAIRS!! our grp got the least members, summore all is gers.. all the other grp was like have 8 pple in the team but we only have 6 gers in the team!! haha.. den need to depend on our strength le!! anywayz, yest Mr Malcolm was like so unhelpful.. dunno izzit he wan us to solve our own problem or wat.. coz he don wan to help us.. at that moment.. i was like.. since u so look down on us.. tml we show u wat we done!! WE CAN DO IT MAN!!haha

5 gers carry all the chairs frm the MPH(Multi Purpose Hall) to the Dance Studio.. shuhui injured her back, ziqian and xuen injured the leg.. and the chair fell on my leg!! haha.. nvm.. no choice.. we have to depend on ourself le.. we use almost 1 1/2 hours to carry all the chairs back in.. but the time was not enough.. the MPH suddenly close.. aunty close the door le!! aHhh.. den we have to wait till the nxt dae le!! haiyo!! afta that we do the packing stuff!!

on the actual dae!! is todae!! 21 feb!! morning all reach veri early!! i was late.. den do our final set up!! den they go and fetch our speaker.. Mr Steven.. den all of us in sch doing the registration counter everything.. lotzz of thankz to my classmate for help.. and Fatiah for helping to take the photo.. den the clowd cum in le!! omg!! unexpected clowd!! we only expect abt 100 pple will cum!! but in the end.. more den expected pple came!! den tracey and xuen went to carry the chairs again.. wa!! abt estimate 120 pple came!! coz Ancherle brought her classmate down!! 1st year student lei!! thankz mei!! haha!! coz we invited her class but the teacher sae no!! but they still cum support our event!! thank mei!! haa..

anywayz, event was going well la.. alot pple sae steven was interesting.. but only abit overshot time coz we started late.. haiyo.. anywayz, everything went well.. den event end le.. all went to conference to have the refreshment.. haha.. the food was all gone!! too yummy le!! haha!! we invite many pple cum and eat!! mUhahah!! den chat with our speaker!! Mr steven!! woho!! he was a great speaker!! thankz alot for helping us!!

anywayz, i want to thankz all those classmate who came and help us!! thankz you!! especially to derek!! haha!! the 1st one who reach and help us!! xiexie!! and siti and lot lot lot of them!! thank you!! and those SC guys who came and help us carry back the chairs and clear up the dance studio!! thank you!! and my classmate for skipping one of the lesson and help us clear up!! hehheh!!

anywayz, afta everything.. went to look for Mr Malcolm.. den he tell us abt our event.. coz he was the one grading.. haha.. he sae it was WELL DONE!! coz we settle the last min changes.. and we done it quite well although some of the things was cope up.. haha!! but still got things need to be more careful abt.. i tink we do our contigency plan well!! coz we are united man!! haha!! but he sae Mi, the Emcee shld be more lively!! haha!! but he sae i present it well!! woho!! anwayz, all the remarks he gave us was gd la.. haha.. gd job man!! Dreamers style!! 8687 we all rox!! now only left the debrief report le!! afta that announch EM project officially CLOSE!! mUhahah!!

we are a veri gd event planner!! all frm SD!! haha!! SD rOx man!! teacher sae this event make us grow up alot.. and it leak out our personality.. haha.. maybe ba.. lol.. but i am so damm happy!! WE GOT A SUCCESSFUL EVENT!! HAHA!! Mr malcolm!! thankz alot for the comment!! and he sae we was the most united one!! woho!! team work is the best man!! haha!!
